Starting from 5 May 2016, the University procedure for student requests is in force, replacing the previous Department procedures for the following requests:
Students belonging to the above cohorts may select their exams directly from their personal Esse3 page, following the guide below and in compliance with the requirements and deadlines established by their Department
GUIDE TO THE STUDY PLAN PROCEDURE
- Individual study plan
That is, the request for the substitution of mandatory/statutory examinations
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Request for credit advance
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Request to change degree program
That is, a change of section, for example from the “A-K” partition to “L-Z”) – This procedure is in any case suspended until further notice. Any applications submitted will be rejected ex officio by the Student Secretariat - Request for elective exams
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Request for additional exams
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Part-time Enrollment Request
That is, the request for enrollment as a part-time student - This procedure has expired for the academic year 2015-16 and will be reopened, for the academic year 2016-17, on the dates approved by the Academic Senate - Request for credit recognition
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Request for recognition of external examinations
That is, the request for recognition of examinations taken outside the Politecnico's educational offer (e.g. examinations taken at different universities)
Submission deadlines imposed by the affiliated Department - Selection of exams (from the list and free choice) for enrolled students:
- for the 2022-23 academic year and subsequent years in the Master's Degree programmes in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
- for the 2023-24 academic year and subsequent years in the Master's Degree programme in Management Engineering
- for the academic year 2024-25 and subsequent years for the Master's Degrees of DICATECh
- for the academic year 2025-26 and subsequent years for the Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering
- for the 2026-27 academic year and subsequent years in the DEI Master's Degree programmes

GUIDE TO THE STUDY PLAN PROCEDURE
The digitized forms relating to each type of request are available on the website web.poliba.it, in the Reserved Area. The student must log in to the website web.poliba.it (via the authentication link available on the Homepage) using the same Esse3 login credentials and authenticating as a student.
Requests submitted/sent by 5 May 2016 according to the previous procedures will in any case be considered valid and must not be submitted through DE.P.A.S.A.S.
No hard copy and/or document must be submitted for the procedures covered by this notice.
It is strongly recommended to consult the Guide to digitized processes (D.E.P.A.S.A.S.)
Filling out applications using the aforementioned digitized forms constitutes the sole method for submitting such procedures.Requests submitted/sent by 5 May 2016 according to the previous procedures will in any case be considered valid and must not be submitted through DE.P.A.S.A.S.
